Technology of construction and renewal of railway tracks

Heavy construction machinery

PLOUGH FOR FINISHING OF BALLAST BEARING PUŠL 71

Plough for finishing of ballast bearing PUŠL 71 is modification of motor universal truck MUV 69 with superstructure equipment. This machine can work by side ploughshare in both directions.

BALLAST MACHINE LZS

Ballast machine is tractor-scraper of ballast, which enables the creation of railway bed under the rails from scattered material, or for scuffing and settling of material of railway bed after displacement of railway track. Now is delivered on T 130 undercarriage.

MACHINE FOR ADAPTATION OF SUBGRADE

Machine is using the undercarriage of T-130, which enables deeper mesh, front shaft can be opened which solves the removal of big amount of ballast at the end of track without manual work. The machine is equipped with hydraulically controlled ripper plate for the work at uncleaned railway bed.

AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE - e.g. ASP 400

Automatic machine packer ASP 400 is double-axle working machine with one driving and another driven axle. It is intended for compacting of ballast under the sleeper and for automatic directional modification of packed tracks at the same time.
ASP has reserve pump for traversing on railway tracks. ASP has also two hydraulically controlled packing aggregates – each with eight packing tamps.

Packing machine is equipped with a precise measuring and controlling device, controlling software SVA assures precise packing for high speed railway tracks. Packing machine equipped with this controlling system (can be installed on any packing machine incl. Theurer & Plasser packing machines) is used at the end of technology for final compacting of ballast under the sleeper and for automatic directional modification of packed tracks for high-speed railway-tracks.
